How BeWisp orders repositories

Daily, Weekly and Monthly order repositories by stars recorded in GitHub’s privacy-safe history. Breakout highlights projects whose latest week improved most against the week before.

What the data includes

GitHub supplies daily star additions without user identities. It does not supply unstar history through this endpoint, so the figures describe attention gained rather than exact net growth.

Ties and missing data

Repositories with equal figures share a rank. Missing history is shown as unavailable and is never replaced with an estimate.
